Itinerary

Day 01

Bhuj

Bhuj Pickup

Meet Upon arrival at Bhuj airport you will be transferred to the hotel. After getting fresh take some rest, Later proceed to visit Aaina Mahal, Kutch Museum. Evening is free for leisure and shopping. Overnight stay at the hotel in Rajkot.
Day 02

Bhuj

Bhuj – Mandvi – Bhuj (about 115 kms round trip)

Morning after breakfast proceed to the day excursion of Mandavi. The old city was enclosed in the fort wall and remains of the fort wall can still be seen. The city has a four hundred year old ship building industry, which was started by the caste of Kharva that still builds small ships.

Vijay Vilas Palace: The center of attractions at Mandvi is the Vijay Vilas Palace, a Royal abode set in the middle of well-laid gardens with water channels and marble fountains.

Swaminarayan Temple at Mandvi: This scenic temple is on the main road of Mandvi – Naliya.

The Wind Farms Beach and Wind-mills, which line the horizon of Mandvi, offer a spectacular view from the Mandvi sea-beach. The Wind mills projects running in this beach was Asia’s 1st Wind-Mills Projects in 1983.

Rukmavati bridge: The bridge on the Rukmavati River was built in 1883; it is the longest existing structure of its kind in India today. This bridge was built by Vishram Karman Chawda of Chandiya belonging to the Mestri community.

Topansar Lake: Sitting in the heart of the city, this lake forms and important landmark.

Bandhni Bazaar: Mandvi is known for the production of its famous Bandhani (tie-dye) and other country crafts.

Traditional ship building: Mandvi is also a 400 year old ship building centre. The ships built here used to sail up to England and return. Even today, master carpenters build fishing boats by traditional techniques.

Shyamji Krishna Varma Smarak: The smarak(monument) is located near Lohana Mahajan Wadi. Shyamji Krishna Varma was a scholar and freedom fighter. He established India House in Britain to support Indian student going UK for studying, eventually India house become a foreign hub of nationalist activity for freedom of India. Shyamji Krishna Varma was born in Mandvi.

Evening return to Bhuj. Overnight stay at the hotel in Bhuj.
Day 03

Bhuj - Bandhavgarh

Bhuj – Banni Grasslands Reserve – Bhuj(about 130 kms round trip)

Morning after breakfast proceed to the day excursion of Banni Grasslands Reserve. Visit to the tribal villages of Banni Region where the tribal races like the jats, Harijans, Rabari, Dhaneta. Evening return to Bhuj. Overnight stay at the hotel in Bhuj.
Day 04

Bhuj - Rajkot

Bhuj – Rajkot (about 231 kms)

Morning after breakfast proceed to Rajkot en-route visit Dhamadka the Textile hub of Gujarat.

Later proceed to Rakot. Reach there checkin hotel.After some rest and relax proceed for the local sightseen visit Hanging Bridge, it is located in Morbi of Rajkot. It was made from wire ropes and wood, during the British rule.
Day 05

Rajkot - Ahmedabad

Rajkot – Ahmedabad (about 215 kms)

Morning after breakfast proceed to Ahmedabad and transferred to the hotel. After getting freshn up, later proceed to visit The Gandhi ashram, The Akshardham temple. Evening return Back to hotel. Overnight stay at Ahmedabad.
Day 06

Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad Local Sightseeing

Morning after breakfast proceed for the local sightseen of Ahmedabad visit The Hathee Singh Jain Temple, Jama Masjid, Calico museum of textiles. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Ahmedabad hotel.
Day 07

Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad Drop

Morning after breakfast drop at Ahmedabad railway station or Airport for your onward connection to home.
